Tripp Adams is a corporate attorney and executive with 20 years leadership experience in the private and public sectors. He is a proud Member of the Truman Michigan Chapter where he served as its Leader from 2018-21.

Tripp has worked at the Departments of Defense and State, and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. He has 24 years of active and reserve military service in both the US Navy and US Army, where he continues to serve as an Army Reserve battalion commander.

In the private sector, he was CEO of JustLight, pbc, a health-tech startup, and the COO of Emagine Entertainment, where he led operations for an 1,800-employee premium cinema chain. He was also a management consultant for Deloitte LLP and a corporate attorney for Reed Smith LLP. He continues to provide legal, financial and organization design advice to organizations in transition through his firm, DHZ Adami LLC.

Tripp has a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, an M.A. in Economics from Old Dominion University, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Tripp lives in Lynden, WA and enjoys studying Chinese and going on runs with his husky-shepherd, Thena.
