Richard Martin is the Operations Coordinator at Truman Center for National Policy and Truman National Security Project.

Richard joined the Truman team as the Operations Coordinator in May of 2023. Prior to joining Truman, Richard worked on electoral campaigns, including Carper for Senate in 2018 and Biden for President in 2020, where he created innovative internship programming, organized volunteers, and implemented direct voter contact plans. He has also worked with other nonprofits, where he coordinated constituent meetings with members of Congress and interned in the United States Senate where he wrote constituent correspondence, summarized constituent meetings, and assisted staff with preparing the Member for committee hearings.

Richard is a proud alumnus of the University of Delaware, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Global Politics in 2019.
