Elizabeth Spencer is the Membership Coordinator at Truman National Security Project and Truman Center. She joins Truman having most recently served as a Youth Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps, organizing programs with university students and women's centers in Northeast Morocco. After growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, she graduated in 2018 from Princeton University with a B.A. in Politics and a Certificate in History and Diplomacy. While in school she worked for a startup in New York City and NGO Search for Common Ground's Global Affairs team in Washington D.C., and developed a particular interest in global statecraft, youth capacity building, and North African politics.
