David Lindstrom is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting where he has spent over 10 years delivering consulting engagements for private, public, and non-profit organizations. His projects vary between short-term strategy initiatives centered around customer experience, to large-scale digital transformations focused on redefining how organizations manage and deliver their products and services using new technologies.
In recent years, David has leveraged the knowledge and expertise he’s accumulated in the private sector to help government and higher education institutions adopt new practices and solutions to improve the way they engage with employees and the communities they serve. Beyond the voice-of-the-customer reports and technology deployments, he is passionate about developing strong relationships with his clients and a deep understanding of their operations to help anticipate future needs and tailor recommendations to meet them.
A first generation American, David was born in San Diego, California to Swedish immigrants. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Prior to his time at Deloitte, David worked at a small marketing firm which is where his passion for understanding customer needs first sprouted. He is married with two cats, Belle and Bo, and is an avid photographer in his spare time.
