Katrina L. Rogers is a communications and political consultant who has served clients in politics, fashion, publishing, entertainment and the non-profit sector. She has written for The Shreveport Sun and The Shreveport Times, and has worked with the Children’s Defense Fund, Young Democrats of America, Organizing for America, and other progressive organizations. Recently, she served as the Communications Director for the Cedric Richmond for Congress campaign. She is currently wrapping up her journalistic fellowship examining senior citizens’ adaptation to post- Hurricane Katrina life in New Orleans.
