William Oh
William Oh works for the Navy Staff in the Directorate for Information Dominance, where he is re-engineering the business processes involved in the collection and analysis of intelligence. In addition, he chairs an inter-agency working group that helps drive the allocation of resources for national strategic assets. His previous professional experiences include work as a negotiator for the Target Corporation, a consultant for a venture capital firm, and an analyst with the Joint Staff. William received a BA in history from Georgetown University, where he was a John Carroll Scholar, and an MBA from Yale University, where he participated in the Brady-Johnson Program in Grand Strategy. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, he now resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
