Tom McCasland
Tom McCasland is an attorney at the Houston law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP where he focuses on public finance law. He is active in fundraising and campaigning for local political races. Prior to law school, he worked as the assistant director of the Institute for Faith & Learning at Baylor University. He has also served as a legal intern for the Faith and Progressive Policy Project at the Center for American Progress and as a research fellow for Ciudadanos al Día in Lima, Peru. He received a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.A. in philosophy from Baylor University, and a B.A. in Christian Studies from Hobe Sound Bible College.
