Taylor Ferrell
Taylor Ferrell is Special Counsel in the Department of the Navy Office of General Counsel, where he focuses on energy and climate change. Prior to joining the Department of the Navy, Mr. Ferrell was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz. He received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi and his Masters of Law in International Environmental Law from American University.
