Sean Foote is a managing partner with Labrador Venture, LLC, focusing on venture capital partnerships dealing with information technology and applied material science. Before that he was a senior associate with Scripps Ventures, LLC and a manager with Boston Consulting Group. Prior to this he was a lead systems engineer at AT&T Bell Laboratories. Sean is also a member of the faculty at the University of California-Berkley, lecturing on entrepreneurship. He created Berkley's first microfinance class. Sean is a member of the Development Council for Entrepreneurs Foundation, an innovative program helping to instill community giving by start-up companies. He has BSEE from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a MBA from Darden Graduate School of Business, where he was the recipient of the William Michale Shermet award and a contributing writer for the Charlotesville Business Journal.
