Ronda is an Emmy award-winning communications professional, who is currently working in public relations for a leading international real estate corporation.

In that role, she works with the Sentinels of Freedom Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping severely wounded veterans and their families transition to civilian life. 

Ronda is a graduate of the Center for Progressive Leadership-Colorado program and in 2010, will take part in the Colorado Institute for Leadership Training. She is acting as a communications consultant for a 2010 Colorado state senate race, and a U.S. Congressional campaign.  She is a founding member of a new chapter of the League of Women Voters.

She spent most of her career as a television journalist, working for local stations, as well as ABC, CBS and CNN.  She covered many ofthe defining events of the past two decades; including the Oklahoma City bombing, and the Columbine school shooting. 

As an investigative reporter, she uncovered an international adoption scam which led to a U.S. Senate hearing.  Another investigation resulted in the passing of a state Lemon Law, and another exposed the fraudulent practices of a national credit card company, which resulted in significant policy changes for consumers.
