Richard Arthur

Ric Arthur is a writer, producer and director. Ric graduated from the Naval Academy in 1993 and served as a navigator and deck officer aboard two ships based out of Japan. He finished his active duty time as a UN Peacekeeper in the Western Sahara. Ric was recalled back to active duty after 9/11 and served as an international affairs officer at the Pacific Fleet headquarters in Pearl Harbor. He received a MA in Politics at Harvard University while he assisted Al Franken with the bestseller Lying Liars and the Lies They Tell. Ric works for the U.S. Pacific Fleet policy office, helping to craft Navy-wide doctrine and best practices for maritime Humanitarian and Civil Assistance missions. Ric is developing a show with A&E called “Follow the Money” about a team of IRS special agents. He hopes that, if he can make the IRS seem cool, maybe he will win his own personal tax holiday.
