Rebecca Abou-Chedid is the former Director of Outreach at the New America Foundation's Middle East Task Force.  At NAF, she served as principal liaison to the US Congress which included facilitating the Washington visits of prominent Palestinian and Israeli political figures, civil society leaders, and peace activists.  Prior to joining NAF, she was the National Political Director at the Arab American Institute, an organization which represents the policy interests of the Arab American community.   In the fall of 2011, she will join the project finance practice in the Washington office of Chadbourne & Parke specializing in the financing of renewable energy projects.
