Peter Henne

Peter is a doctoral candidate in Government at Georgetown University, where he teaches a course on Islam and World Politics. Peter's dissertation analyzes domestic religious politics in Muslim countries and their effect on US-Muslim counter-terrorism cooperation. He has also written on religious defamation issues in the United Nations, suicide terrorism, and the conflict in Somalia. His work has appeared in several outlets, including The Huffington Post, Real Clear World, and The Delaware County Daily Times.

Peter was formerly a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, working on homeland security and intelligence issues. He is a graduate of Vassar College and a native of southeastern Pennsylvania.
