Paige Gebhardt

Paige Gebhardt is currently Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs.  Paige came to the Treasury Department as a Special Assistant in the Office of the Executive Secretary after working for the Treasury Secretary-designate on the Obama-Biden Presidential Transition Team.  

During the 2008 general election Paige was director of the Border States Program for the Obama campaign in Pennsylvania, where her team brought in over 36,000 volunteers from neighboring states to campaign in the final ten weeks before the election.  Through the primary election Paige worked on the Delegate Selection Team for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign at its headquarters in Washington, DC.  From 2005 - 2007 Paige worked as an independent fundraising consultant for various members of Congress.

Prior to moving to DC in 2005, Paige spent two years teaching English in Yokohama, Japan as a participant in the JET Programme (Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme) through the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an experience that solidified her commitment to public service, responsible government, and improving the image of U.S. foreign policy abroad.

Paige graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oregon Robert D. Clark Honors College in 2002.  She is from Beaverton, OR.
