Melissa Epstein Mills is an associate with Gibson, Dunn, & Crutcher.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, including a tour in Iraq.  Melissa is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and Columbia Law School.  After law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew S. Effron, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.  Melissa subsequently worked in The Hague as a prosecuting attorney at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.  She is an advisory board member of the National Institute of Military Justice.
