Marc Sorel

Marc A. Sorel is an Associate Consultant with McKinsey and Company. Prior to McKinsey, Marc served as a Teaching Assistant to former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright, wrote his Master's thesis on U.S. Weapons of Mass Destruction diplomacy as a Junior Fellow with Georgetown's Institute for the Study of Diplomacy, and clerked for law firms in Washington, D.C. and Brussels, Belgium, focusing on litigation and cross-border transactions. Marc has also worked at the United Nations and the Departments of State, Defense, and Homeland Security. His writings on U.S. national security and foreign policy have been published in the Baltimore Sun, Yale Politic, and Yale Daily News. Marc holds a JD-MSFS from Georgetown, with distinction in his comprehensive oral exams at the School of Foreign Service, and a B.A. in History, with distinction, from Yale University. He is an avid runner and musician.
