Kevin Croke

Kevin Croke is a PhD candidate in International Development at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where he is studying the effects of US global health foreign aid programs on state capacity and health outcomes in Africa. He has  worked as a consultant for various aid organizations in East Africa including the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and Management Sciences for Health. He currently teaches Introduction to Development and Comparative Politics at SAIS. Previously he was a foreign policy fellow at the Progressive Policy Institute. He speaks Spanish and Kiswahili as well as some Italian and French.
