Kevin Bleyer is a multiple Emmy Award-winning writer for “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” and a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.  As part of The Daily Show’s “Operation: Silent Thunder,” he reported from various locations throughout Iraq in 2007.  He is the author the book Me The People:  An Order to Form a More Perfect Union, to be published by Random House in 2011, and the co-author of The Daily Show’s upcoming Earth (The Book), the sequel to the #1 New York Times Bestseller America (The Book).  Previously, Bleyer was a writer/producer for “Dennis Miller” and “Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher,” and was among the first contributors chosen to launch The Huffington Post.  A graduate of Stanford University, he began his career at the London Bureau of Public Radio International’s “Marketplace” as the assistant to then-host David Brancaccio.
