Kellee James is an economist at the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX). The Exchange provides members from the private and public sectors with cost-effective methods for reducing their greenhouse gas emissions through a Greenhouse Gas emissions cap-and-trade program accessible via an internet based trading platform. James has completed an MBA with a focus on International Finance and a Masters of Arts in International Development from American University. She is a founding member, and serves on the board of "Levantamos", a non-profit dedicated to building sustainable relationships between the African communities of the United States and Brazil to affect profound educational, social, and economic change in the lives of Afro-descendent populations.
