Josh Warren is an Associate at the Foros Group, a financial services firm that provides M&A and corporate finance advisory and capital raising services.
 
Prior to joining Foros, Josh worked at the United States Department  of the Treasury in the Office of Domestic Finance.  Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Josh was an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate,  Meagher & Flom where he focused on domestic and cross-border M&A, capital markets, and securities law matters for  financial institutions.  Before attending law school, Josh worked on the staff of Sen. John Kerry for four years.
 
Josh holds a B.A. in  Philosophy and History from Dartmouth College, where he was served as President of his class for two years, and a J.D. from the NYU  School of Law, where he was a staff editor at the NYU Journal of Law & Business.  Josh lives in New York City with his wife Dana and daughter Madeline.
