Josh Lockman is a Lecturer at USC Law School, where he teaches international law.  From 2008 to 2010, he was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles.  He received a B.A. from Yale University in 2004 and graduated from USC Law in 2008.  Lockman is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy, where he serves on the National Security Committee and Middle East Committee.  He has been published in the Los Angeles Times, the Huffington Post and Foreign Policy Digest, and is currently conducting research on the impact of the rise of Iran and Turkey on Israeli-Arab relations.  Lockman also serves on the Advisory Board for HYPE, a non-profit organization that works with low-income middle school students in the Los Angeles area.
