Josh Greenman

Josh Greenman currently serves as the opinion editor at the New York Daily News, where he edits the op-ed page and writes columns and staff editorials on a wide range of subjects. Prior to joining the Daily News in 2006, he was director of strategy and communications at the Teaching Commission, a nonpartisan education reform advocacy organization. Before that, he was a political speechwriter and communications adviser to Senator Joseph Lieberman and a speechwriter and policy staffer to Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. Josh graduated from Yale University in 1995 with a B.A. in philosophy, and he has an MFA in creative writing from the New School. When he was funnier, he was a regular contributor to The Onion. He grew up in Miami and lives in Brooklyn.
