Joe Quinn is pursuing a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in International and Global Affairs at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. He spent six years in the United States Army, where he served two years in Iraq. He was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service during his last deployment. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2002. Joe's brother James was killed in the World Trade Center on 9/11, which cemented his commitment to International Security.
