Jennifer Harris
Jennifer Harris serves as a member of Secretary Clinton’s Policy Planning Staff, where she covers global markets, geo-economic issues and energy security. Prior to joining Policy Planning, Jennifer was a five-year member of the National Intelligence Council. During her time at the NIC, she helped to produce several National Intelligence Estimates (NIEs) and the NIC’s Global Trends 2025 Report. A Truman and a Rhodes Scholar, she holds degrees from Wake Forest University (B.A., summa cum laude, Economics), Oxford University (M.Phil, International Relations), and Yale Law School (J.D.).
