Jennifer Bulkeley

Jennifer Bulkeley is a PhD Candidate at Harvard University, where she is finishing her dissertation on Chinese foreign and security policy. Jennifer spent the summer of 2008 working as an Energy Analyst at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, and has also worked at the U.S. Mission to the IAEA in Vienna, NATO Headquarters in Brussels, the U.S. Embassy in Germany, and the State Department Nonproliferation Bureau in Washington. Jennifer received an MPA in International Relations from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School, and a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of the South (Sewanee). She is currently a Research Fellow with the International Security Program at Harvard's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, as well as a Research Assistant with the Harvard-Stanford Preventive Defense Project. A Fulbright Scholar and NSEP Boren Fellow, Jennifer is proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and German.
