Jason Mills

Jason Mills is currently an associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, specializing in labor and employment litigation. He was previously a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as a judge advocate in many capacities including defense counsel, officer-in-charge of the legal review section tasked with preparing for appellate review, and prosecutor for courts-martial in the United States in Iraq. Mills also serves on the Veteran's Steering Committee for Hillary Clinton for President. He graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School where he was editor of the Minnesota Law Review, and received his bachelor's in psychology from the University of California-San Diego.
