Haim Zaltzman is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he specializes in project development and finance, particularly in the energy sector, and venture finance. He received a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a MA from the Russian Academy of Sciences and a BA from Stanford University. Haim is currently on the board of the American Jewish Committee's San Francisco Chapter, where he co-chairs the energy security task force.  Before entering law school, he served as a Fulbright Scholar in Moscow.  During his undergraduate career at Stanford, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Stanford Journal of International Relations. Haim is from Pocatello, Idaho.
