Evan Maher
Evan Maher is a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State. He has Master’s in Public Policy degree from Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government where he concentrated in international security policy, as well as negotiation and conflict resolution. During graduate school, Evan served as an energy policy fellow for Governor Kathleen Sebelius in the effort to develop statewide greenhouse gas emission standards in Kansas. Previously, Evan worked in Baghdad, Iraq for the Regime Crimes Liaison's Office advising the Iraqi High Tribunal during its trials of Saddam Hussein and other former regime leaders. He also worked for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from 2003-2005. Evan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.
