Elizabeth McNally
Elizabeth Young McNally is a management consultant in New York, where she has served clients in the health care and financial services sectors as well as in the US Government. Previously, she spent eight years in the active duty Army. During that time, Liz served two tours in Iraq, including a year as the speechwriter for General David Petraeus, the commander of military forces in Iraq; in Hawaii as a military police company commander and brigade operations officer; and in Germany as a military police platoon leader. A Rhodes Scholar and Truman Scholar, she graduated from the US Military Academy and also received an M.Phil in international relations from Oxford University. She is currently a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves, assigned to the U.S. Central Command.
