Donna Hockey is the founder of Our Global Victory, a non-profit dedicated to promoting quality education, opportunity, and protection for underprivileged children and youth through global development. The focus of this organization in 2011 is to provide education and access to clean water for refugees in Uganda, help deliver education and sustainable housing for children and families in Atlanta, GA, and support child protection and youth development programs in the Middle East.  A long time advocate for children, Donna was a counselor in an Arizona Behavioral Health Out-Patient Clinic for underprivileged children and families and has facilitated research projects for at-risk youth in the area of cognitive resilience factors. She has partnered with state and federal government agencies, behavioral health organizations and international UN organizations for the pursuit of children’s rights. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
