Daniel Urman

 

 

Dan Urman was born and raised in Palo Alto, California.  He received his B.A. from UCLA, where he majored in History and Political Science and minored in Public Policy.  After graduating from UCLA, he received an M.Phil in International Relations from Oxford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.  During law school, Dan worked on Capitol Hill, at the Democratic National Convention, and on state and national political campaigns.  Since law school, Dan has worked at a large law firm and as an Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Currently, Dan is the Director of Northeastern University’s Law & Policy Doctorate Program.  He also teaches Political Science and Law & Policy to undergraduate and graduate students.  Dan lives in Boston with his wife, Kate, and son, James.
