Daniel Benaim
Daniel Benaim joined the State Department in October 2010 as a Speechwriter to the Secretary and Deputy Secretaries of State. Previously, he was a Professional Staff Member on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and Speechwriter to Senator John Kerry. He also designed and taught a speechwriting course at George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management. His byline has appeared in The International Herald Tribune, The American Prospect, The Nation, The Boston Globe, and The New York Post. Daniel has studied at Yale University and the Fletcher School at Tufts.
