Corinne Graff
| Corinne Graff is a Fellow at the Brookings Institution, where she examines economic and development assistance policy in fragile states of strategic concern to the United States. She is conducting research on the relationship between low national educational attainment and political violence, focusing on the security implications of weak education systems in Pakistan and in various sub-Saharan African countries. With Ambassadors Susan Rice and Carlos Pascual, she recently co-authored a book titled, "Confronting Poverty: Weak States and U.S. National Security." She holds a master's and a PhD in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and graduated cum laude from Smith College. |
