Anthony D. Jones is an attorney for the Office of the Solicitor at the U.S. Department of Labor, focusing on labor and employment law issues.  Prior to joining the Department of Labor, he worked as a law fellow in the Office of the General Counsel for the AFL-CIO.  Jones has worked in the legal departments of the Service Employees International Union and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, as well as the Office of the Solicitor General at the Department of Justice. He received his JD from the University of Illinois and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's in political science.
