Andrew Rachlin
Andy Rachlin currently serves as Deputy
Chief of Staff for Economic Development for the City of Philadelphia, with
responsibility for a diverse policy portfolio that spans workforce development,
the innovation economy, housing and community development, and press and public
relations. Andy also serves as the Director of EnergyWorks, a $40 million
portfolio of financial products designed to catalyze growth in the region’s
energy efficiency market. Previously, Andy served as Chief of Staff to the
Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a Policy
Advisor to Newark Mayor Cory Booker’s transition team, and a Program Associate
at the Policy Research Institute at Princeton University. Andy holds a
Bachelors degree in politics from Princeton and a Masters degree in
International Security from Saint Andrews University in the United Kingdom.
