Emmett currently serves as the Operations Associate at the Truman National Security Project.  He previously served as the Intern to the Office of the Vice President at Truman, where he researched and issued reports on security issues and the energy sector.

Before joining Truman, Emmett interned at C&O Resources, where he assisted senior staff in providing strategic analysis of Middle Eastern political developments to clients.  He graduated Magna cum Laude from UCSB in Santa Barbara, California, where he studied History of Public Policy, focusing on US foreign policy in the Middle East and South Asia.  Emmett is a proud native of Santa Monica, California.
